1. Ghost Landry is an online company specializing in laundry bag collection and drop-off. Our service consists of washing, drying and folding laundry, but does not include ironing.

 

2. Ghost Landry is not responsible for items such as fabric or other items that should not be machine washed and which may be present in bags. It is the customer's responsibility to remove these items before entrusting us with their laundry.

 

3. Ghost Landry is not responsible for loss of laundry that is placed in bags. We take every precaution to ensure the safety of your items, but it is recommended that you do not include high value or sentimental items in bags.

 

4. Ghost Landry is not responsible for shrinkage of laundry regardless of fabric type. We follow the washing instructions provided by the manufacturers, but we cannot guarantee that all garments will retain their original size after washing.

 

5. Ghost Landry is not responsible for fading of laundry, regardless of fabric type. We use high quality washing products, but some dyes may be sensitive and fade in the washing process.

 

6. Ghost Landry is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances unforeseen or beyond our control, such as traffic problems, adverse weather conditions or vehicle breakdowns. We will do our best to meet agreed deadlines, but delays may occur.

 

7. Ghost Landry is not responsible for lost buttons on clothing. We take every precaution during the washing process, but it is possible that buttons may come off. We recommend that you check and reinforce the buttons before entrusting us with your laundry.

 

8. Clothes are returned in backpack or tote bag type bags. Bags used for laundry collection can be large plastic kitchen bags or fabric shopping bags. Ghost Landry is not responsible for customer supplied bags.
