Is there a minimum order ?
There's a $35 minimum order up to 15 lbs any additional lb will be charge $2 per lb Use one bag per service. A DASHER will transfer them to reusable ghostlaundry bags which you can keep for your next order. can still provide as much or as little laundry as you want,
Do i have to be home for pick-up and delivery?
No! Ghostlaundry is all about convenience. Just put your clothes out after you order and go on with your day. we partner with Doordash uber and lift that will pick up and delivery. Your clothes will be washed, dried, folded, and delivered clean and fresh the next day.
Do your launder in cold or hot water ?
Clothes are washed in warm water only. However, if you want your clothes washed in hot water simply request it in “special preferences ” and you’ll be accommodated.
Do you use fabric softer?
Fabric softener is not recommended because it damages fabrics and shortens the life of clothes. However, if you want fabric softener simply request it we have a range of adds-on (price may apply)
Which laundry detergent do you use?
Ghostlaundry will use Tide, Persil,, all rated as "excellent" or "very good" by Consumer Reports.
Does my laundry get mix with other orders?
No! Never. Won’t happen. Your clothes are kept together at all times and never mixed with other orders. So there are no sanitation issues and no risk of your clothes getting lost.
what time do i make my order and get delivery?
Orders in by 5pm are delivered next day before 8pm. (Orders over 60 pounds require an extra day.)
do you dry clean or ironing ?
Dry cleaning, yes, we do! We are giving the right to refuse some material due to the protection policy and respect for the right fabric and brand
do you wash large item like comforts?
Ghostlaundry can handle anything, including large, puffy items like comforters, bath mats, pillows, and dog beds!
Do I get a notification when my clothes are ready for delivery from Ghost laundry

We provide a next-day delivery service for laundry weighing up to 50 pounds. If your laundry exceeds 50 pounds, the turnaround time extends to 48 hours. So, whether you need a quick wash & fold for a manageable load or have more extensive laundry needs, Ghost Laundry ensures your clothes are fresh, neatly folded, and delivered right to your doorstep within the specified time frame. How does your ironing service work?
Our ironing service provides washing and pressing for shirts and pants. We also iron various types of laundry. The turnaround time for this service can range from 24 to 48 hours. We reserve the right to refuse certain fabrics. Ironed clothing will be returned on hangers and in plastic garment bags.
