b. Ghost Laundry reserves the right to approve or reject applicants based on content alignment and audience relevance.
2. Affiliate Code and Commissions:
a. Each approved influencer will receive a unique affiliate code for their followers.
b. Influencers earn a % commission on the income generated through their affiliate code.
c. Followers using the code receive a % discount on Ghost Laundry services.
3. Payouts:
a. Commissions are paid monthly
b. Payments are made via direct deposit or zell
c. No minimum commission to be reached for payouts.
4. Promotion Guidelines:
a. Influencers must accurately represent Ghost Laundry services in their promotions.
b. Any false or misleading information will result in immediate termination from the program.
5. Content Requirements:
a. Influencers are encouraged to create engaging and authentic content.
b. Content should comply with Ghost Laundry's brand image and values.
6. Termination:
a. Ghost Laundry reserves the right to terminate an influencer's participation at any time for violation of terms.
b. Termination results in forfeiture of unpaid commissions.
7. Reporting:
a. Influencers will receive regular reports on clicks, conversions, and commissions.
b. Ghost Laundry retains the right to audit and verify influencer-generated conversions.
8. Code Misuse:
a. Influencers are responsible for the proper use of their affiliate code.
b. Any misuse, including spamming or unauthorized promotion methods, will lead to immediate termination.
9. Changes to Terms:
a. Ghost Laundry reserves the right to modify the terms of the program with prior notice to influencers.
10. Confidentiality:
a. Influencers shall keep any confidential information received from Ghost Laundry confidential.
By participating in the Ghost Laundry Influencer Affiliate Program, influencers agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Failure to comply may result in immediate termination from the program.
